Meet the team
Collins Lee, CPA
Collins Lee is a managing partner of our firm. He started his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") as a financial auditor and an advisor in wide range of industries. In 2006, he joined PwC Tokyo office where he performed a full range of auditing as well as advisory services on Sarbanes-Oxley 404 reporting and internal controls.
Mr. Lee then moved to PwC's' London office and worked for various international assignments until 2008. Mr. Lee moved to US and joined Deloitte & Touché Los Angeles office where he led US GAAP external audit & review engagement for clients including those US subsidiaries of the multinational conglomerates. He moved to a private sector from 2013 until he recently joined CBP.
Mr. Lee is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California and has over 20 year of public and private accounting experience and with a bachelor’s degree from Yonsei University in Korea.
Sean Yang, CPA/ABV
Mr. Yang is a partner in the Financial Advisory Services practice of our firm. He has numerous international experience and expertise in M&A, corporate finance as well as forensic accounting practice.
Mr. Yang has successfully advised clients on financial advisory assignments in a wide range of industries. His efforts to identify issues and providing solutions, based on his extensive experience and strong management and relationship skills helped his clients to sustain their competitiveness and growth in the market. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Seoul office and has over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting. He has been actively involved in various audit, transaction advisory assignments including complex due diligence review and valuation engagements, forensic accounting projects along with many other consulting engagements.
He received a B.A. specialized in accounting from University of Regina. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation sponsored by the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
